yesterday was un-planned day off. was supposed to be intervals - but gym didn't open due to snow and I had 2 kids at home throwing up all day!!
today - steady state on step mill 30 minutes at 7 am
lift at 1pm:
overhand lat: 110/8 120/8 130/8 135/6 140/5 *felt weak on these
deads: 155/8 175/8 195/8 215/8 225/8 245/4 **woo-hoo - don't know where that came from!!!
bench row: 40/10 45/10 50/10 55/9
st. arm pulldown: 35/12 40/12 45/12
leg curl: 95/10 95/10 105/10 115/8 115/8
macros on monday: 200/98/42 (little trouble adjusting to the new numbers)
today: 182/145/40
